Picture
dye free:
Remix is developed by carefully choosing pre-dyed pieces of fabric, sorting them by fiber and color, and combining them in just the right way for each color. No further dye is added to the recycled blend—saving water and preventing pollution.
Picture
recycled:
Remix is a blend of recycled fabric panels left over from making ready-to-wear garments. Rather than discarding the panels, they are recycled using a low-impact manufacturing process patented in France.

why I like it:
This yarn saves resources by preventing more garbage from heading to land-fills, saving water and preventing pollution—all great things. And it's an all-around great yarn too! It's machine washable, knits like a dream and is super comfortable to wear! The color-pallette fits my taste perfectly too! Many thanks to Norah at Berroco for her cooperation in helping me to understand as much as possible about the processing of the Remix yarn.
